• Faculty Assistance

Our franchisee centers will get faculty assistance from NECM Pvt. Ltd. Faculty assistance would cover the following:

• New Faculty : The franchisee center will need faculty to take classes in their respective centers. We will provide trained faculty on demand from franchisee centers.
  These faculties can also act as center managers meaning , franchisee center will be managed by this faculty for franchisee director . The franchisee directors will have to arrange a bachelor accommodation for such faculty.

• Updating faculty : Existing faculty will need upgradation to newer technology from time to time . Such faculties can come to corporate for technical training at the cost of their respective center . This service is chargeable as per rule laid for NECM Pvt . Ltd.

• Free Upgrade : NECM Pvt. Ltd. arranges for free upgrade courses for faculties from time to time at our corporate office . This helps in maintaining the standard for education being imparted . This service is not charged by us . Lodging and food for faculties will be borne by respective center.

Faculty salary is decided by corporate office depending on the area of operation .
We have classified cities in three categories namely “A” , “B”& “C”.

Franchisee centers will need a receptionist/counselor for interacting with enquiries. Handling enquiry is a very critical job and should be given special attention. We arrange regular get together for counselors discuss their experience and propose ideas for generating enquiry and admission . This activity has proved very useful for counselors and leads to overall performance increase of franchisee centers.

Marketing is an important aspect for our growth and sustenance and hence cannot be ignored.  We have expertise in marketing and sales which we would like to pass on to our franchisee to make their business even more profitable.

We provide training to marketing executive of all our franchisee centers. This training includes following topics.
